- Wheelchairs and motorized carts - Wheelchairs are available at no charge at Guest Services. Motorized carts are also available in two hour intervals for your shopping convenience. We require a $10.00 deposit, which shall be refunded provided the cart is returned in a timely manner. Wheelchairs and motorized carts may not be reserved and are available on a first-come, first-served basis only.
- Ticketmaster Now Available! Purchase tickets to your favorite events at Guest Services.
- Fax and copy services - Guest Services will make copies for $.25 each, send faxes for $2 per page, and receive faxes for $1 per page.
- Valet Parking - Enjoy the convenience of valet parking located in front of the Patio Verde Food Court. Valet Parking is $5 and available Friday through Sunday during mall hours.
- Lobby Lounge Seating - Luxurious sofas, overstuffed chairs, end tables and lamps are situated in the Mediterranean style Grand Court and throughout the shopping center for your comfort and relaxation.
- Lottery Tickets - Available at Guest Services.
- Palm Tran Bus Service - There is a covered bus stop located west of Macy's along the Ring Road. Bus schedules are available at Guest Services.
- Stroller rental - Strollers are available at Guest Services. There are three sizes to choose from: an infant stroller, a one-seater, or a two-seater. The infant and one-seater stroller rental fee is $3.00. The two-seater rental fee is $4.00.
- Taxi & limousine requests - Guest Services will gladly call a taxi or limousine to assist you.
- Children's Play Area - The Children's Play Area is located on the lower level in front of JCPenney. Children can enjoy a "play park theme" area complete with a fountain, slide, wagon, rowboat and much more. There is also plenty of comfortable seating for parents. Please note that the Children's Play Area is unsupervised and has a height limit of 42 inches. The Children's Play Area closes from 2:00pm - 2:30pm everyday for cleaning.
- The Mall at Wellington Green Gift Cards - Gift Cards can be purchased at Guest Services in any denomination between $20 and $500 during mall hours. The Gift Card is welcome at any store in The Mall at Wellington Green and at any Taubman-managed properties nationwide that accept American Express Cards.
- Mall at Wellington Green Security -The Mall at Wellington Green's security officers patrol the Mall's common area and exterior parking lots. The security team is committed to providing customers with a safe and pleasant shopping environment. Security officers are available to provide the following services:
> First response to medical emergencies
> Lost/Found Children
> Courtesy escorts to your vehicle
> Assistance in locating lost vehicles
