Return Policy

A 100 day refund or exchange privilege with receipt. Credit card purchases refunded to the original credit card account. Cash or check purchases refunded by a Corporate check mailed to the original purchaser.

Special Services

Special customer extras: a 90-day refund or exchange privilege on all diamonds, free professional jewelry repairs and refurbishing for 12 months and free lifetime replacement of diamonds, precious gemstones, semi-precious gemstones or lab-created gemstones lost from the mounting or damaged while in the jewelry as long as the customer maintains Helzberg's inspection program.
Separate guarantees are also available for watches and gold jewelry purchases.
